The cladding package has been finished and the floor has now been poured at our latest project at Riverside Works, Bakewell.
The building is pre-let to Thornbridge Brewery and will be used as their new storage warehouse plus HQ offices, so J of course has to stand for Jaipur!
We are very proud to have Thornbridge as our anchor occupiers at Riverside Works and this letting reinforces their commitment to this special location. Truly an inspiring business.
The building is due for completion in December this year after which Thornbridge will relocate from some further legacy buildings due for demolition.
A further package of four buildings is being brought forward for the next phase. Three of the buildings have been reserved with interested parties in part of the fourth building too. Further announcements will follow when we can reveal more.
